I am running the London Marathon for the second time and am determined to do even better this time around.  I know how hard it will be and have learnt many lessons which will hopefully serve me well. Perhaps the most important one being not to hold in a wee for 26.2 miles!  Above all, I am training hard and want to savour the experience once more whilst raising important money for St John's Hospice which looks after 2000 patients a year.
