Thank you for visiting our REDR UK charity fundraising page.
During 2010, we plan to raise £3500 for the UK charity REDR through motor racing events like the Britcar 24hr race at Silverstone in October 2010. see a photo compilation of that race here: http://animoto.com/play/O5NAxlkgyEVizKFNP4bZug
This charity sends qualified engineers to work on projects like water, sewerage and infrastructure schemes in areas of the world stricken by disaster.
REDR stands for 'Register of Engineers for Disaster Relief'. It has been in existence for over 30 years and the patron is The Princess Royal. visit www.redr.org.ukfor more info.
REDR is an important charity for 2 reasons. Firstly it trains experienced engineers to undertake challenging projects overseas and secondly it sends them to the bigger charities who need them to make a real difference in disaster zones.
Donating through JustGiving is simple and secure. Your details are safe – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, your money goes directly to the charity and Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we can all raise more money, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
Thank you very much
Paul
