I decided to run the Berlin Marathon as it is up there with the London's event and is a flat fast course to improve on my best time. So rather than just running for myself satisfaction, which I have funded, I decided to try and raise some money for a charity. 

Prostrate Cancer is an under stated disease that kill one man every hour in the UK. My farther-in-law, Uncle and a colleague at work have all under gone treatment recently which was successful and was down mainly to early detection and the improvements medical research with this disease.

I intend to put the training in to improve my performance and run a PB of 3 hours 45 min. I will be flying the flag for Britain around the streets of West & East Germany 28th September 2014 

Asking for sponsor money is not something I like doing, but if you give a little each, this will mount up to my target. Wish me luck.
