Six of Snowdon (SOS) challenge · 17 May 2013

Our aim is to empower people by providing them with information - ALL the information - including complementary, orthodox and currently alternative treatments being used effectively elsewhere in the world so they can make more informed choices and increase their personal odds of beating cancer.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The challenge is to climb the six routes of Snowdon mountain over a 36hour period which amounts to a higher elevation than Kilimanjaro, 6510m.

Why and what for?

As many of you know my better half Emel was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year and I am happy to say is fighting her way through treatment as we speak with amazing courage and positivity. Each step I take on this challenge is going to be for her and the battle she has been through in the last 6months or so. I have chosen to raise money for this charity as they offer what I think is invaluable advice on how people effected by cancer can help themselves and their bodies fight the fucker using good nutrition and healthy living as the main tool. These elements are often overlooked by the NHS and even the cancer specialist hospitals. Not to take anything away from either as they do a fantastic job.

I am determined for Emel to join me one of the routes even if I have to carry her!
