I am Paul Sutton, I'm 47 years old and earlier this year was diagnosed with cancer of the stomach. I have had 90% of my stomach removed in order to help me try and beat the cancer and give me a second chance. My ambition now is to help towards raising the funds needed for 7 year old Cameron Harper.
