It's that time again ladies and gents for the brave people of Cranswick to put their bodies on the line in order to raise money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance!

This year the route is tougher and the stakes higher! 

We have given ourselves the challenge of cycling 120 miles "up ill and darnt dale" from CCF Lazenby's in Hull, to CCF Gourmet Bacon in Sherburn in Elmet, to CCF Gourmet Pastry in Malton and back to CCF Lazenby's in Hull.

This will be a real test of strength, stamina and mental toughness and will be a gruler!   

We raised £11,000 last year in an effort to help the YAA and I'm sure that we can beat it this year!!
