Hello Friends...

Please consider sponsoring Paul Carlyle on his almighty endurance challenge, as he races in the Dakar Rally 2010. Riders for Health is a superb and practical charity.

Paul says:

''I am tackling the Dakar Rally this year.  It's taking place for the second time in South America and will cover 9500 km through Argentina and Chile. This event is reported to be the most gruelling motorsport event in the world.  We head away from Buenos Aires on the 3rd of Jan and plan to finish on the 18th. I hope to become the second ever Scot to complete this mighty challenge.

I am linking up with Riders 4 Rights and Riders for Health www.riders.org who provide an excellent charitable service distributing health workers and medicines throughout Africa.  With the current Cholera epidemic in Zimbabwe they are stretched to the limit.

Please make a small donation to this excellent charity.

If you would like to follow my progress I am bike number 141 and information will be posted on www.dakar.com.''

Go on, please dig deep and feel all good about yourself.

Thanks,
Mungo
