Accused  -

Paul Danisz

Offences -

Alleged that at a recent robbery at a Ginster Pie factory, in which every single pie disappeared, leaving only a wrapper s and crumbs. A large Jimmy Krankie Look-alike was seen speeding away in a WWII tank resembling the accused.

Photographic evidence was supplied to support this allegation

Defence -

It was not me, I am innocent!  No evidence was supplied to support a not guilty plea.

The defendant did appear to be taking notes on the jurors and seemed to be scoring the jurors - apparently for the purpose of some future retribution!

Jury verdict -

Guilty (no surprise there then)

Sentence

Sentence was originally set at £1,500 however upon protest from the defendant this was subsequently increased to £2,000 together with attire supplied by the jury, to be worn on the day in question.
