Christmas is fast approaching - the time of year when we drink to much, eat to much and spend to much!!!

So before the festives start I am asking you to dig deep and sponsor me. On Sunday 13th December (when most of you will be in bed hung over) am going to running the streets of Stockport dresses as Santa in the Stockport 10 miler.

 

Please help me to hit my target of £1000.00 for Coaching for Hope.

Coaching for Hope uses football to make a positive difference to the lives of

disadvantaged children in West and Southern Africa. CFH taps into the universal passion for the game and organises coaching courses where professional coaches from the UK train local youth workers to recognised FA standards. At the same time, the local coaches learn how to deliver HIV awareness sessions to young people in their communities.  
So far, about 30,000 children have benefited from football and HIV awareness sessions and 700 coaches have been through the courses.
The kids who benefit are vulnerable - often orphans or with disabilities. They have little access to sport and health education. The chance to play football in proper kit and take part in a tournament can be a life-changing experience which raises their confidence and self-esteem and builds valuable life skills. CFH has the support of sponsors such as adidas, the FA and Norman Cook who fundraise and campaign to support the work in Africa.
Your money will help CFH to continue to support the kids and coaches and build them a better future. Thank you!
