My story

I won a day's recording time at a studio in Doncaster but I can't sing and have no musical talent at all! So I have donated it to the Scanner Appeal of Doncaster Cancer Detection Trust which is halfway there in reaching its target of £600,000 for a new MRI scanner at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

The plan is within the next 3 weeks to get 370 people to pay £100 each to sing a line of Perfect Day, have professional musicians on it, have a professional pop video produced for youtube and to sell as many copies as we can of the single to get into the Top Ten in the first week of January 2011!! We have a Facebook page and want 1000 friends by this Friday!!

Will you help us do it? We have had immense support so far but we are not there yet. We have 150 pledges so far. Thank you everybody! The musicians are there! Thank you Mark Ellis of Vibe Music! The video is there! Thank you James Lockey! The extra studio time is there! Thank you Steve Mundin of Sine FM!! The record company is there! Thank you Circuit Records!! It is definitely looking realistic to achieve all our goals and have huge fun along the way!

There are 5 ways you can help:

1.    Be on the record - SING ON IT!! No talent required! No auditions! We record it in the 1st 2 weeks of November. Email me to register!

2.    Facebook it! - PROMOTE IT !!

3.    BUY IT!!

4.    Donate to the appeal anyway!

5.    Forward this e mail to everyone you know wherever they are in the world!!

Here are some weblinks which tell you more about it all!

I hope you can help! Please don’t forget to forward this e mail to all your contacts too!

Thanks for reading this far!!
