On 20th September I will compete in the Victory 5, a 5 mile road race in Portsmouth. My aim will be to beat my Personal Best time of 40 minutes and 1 second. Weather permiting this will happen !!!! but even in the pouring rain ( which is more than likely given this summer) I will complete the course regardless and in the process help to raise money for Vitalise.

The money raised will go directly towards providing the Southampton, Netley Waterside House with a new coach with which they will be able to provide day trips and visits for their disabled guests.
