Peter was able to be cared for at home thanks to the support of the MacMillan Hospice at Home (Arthur Rank) team and the daily care provided by the local GPs and district nurses. We are very grateful for their support during this time - it was very important for Peter to be cared for at home right to the end.

Any donation you make will go specifically to the Cambridge Hospice at Home team.
