Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In October 2010 I am cycling 120 miles from my house in Cheddleton in the Staffordshire Moorlands to CAT (the Centre for Alternative Technology) at Machynlleth in mid Wales to raise money for The Nepali Children's Trust.
The Nepali Children's Trust was set up by Fran McGowan in 2005 to support physically challenged children living at the Disabled Newlife Centre (DNC) in Kathmandu.
The trust aims to provide long term, sustainable support and has made a commitment to provide the centre with a new purpose built residential home for the children.
The building still has to be finished and badly needs extra funds to achieve their goal. This is why I am doing this ride- so please help by sponsoring my bike ride!
If 100 people will pledge a tenner each (less than 10p per mile)- that gets us to the target and if people are generous and can pledge more - then we'll get there quicker.
For more information about the Trust's work see their website
