On a personal note, I'd just like to say a huge "thank you" for parting with some cash for what I see as a very worthy cause.  TAMBA has been a godsend to us in the last year, and I want to be able to help them continue in the future.  Whilst we were lucky enough not to experience any complications during the pregnancy and birth of our twins, others are not so lucky.  Even with a smooth ride, having TAMBA information there was invaluable.

I have never been a keen or capable runner, so this 10K is going to be a real challenge!  However, the last year has made me recognise my ability to achieve the seemingly unachievable, so here goes....
