In case you are wondering, our profile picture is a still from one of our favourite movies, The Three Amigos, shown in one of their finest dramatic moments [for a taste of the film go to this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJmesqycoQU] But it is not Steve Martin, Chevy Chase and Martin Short who are going to grind out 26 miles!

The three of have taken on the challenge of running the 2010 London Marathon to raise funds for Havens Hospices (http://www.havenshospices.org.uk) , a UK based charity that provides respite breaks, symptom control and end-of-life care for adults and children living with serious illnesses or conditions. It aims to make their journey - and that of the family - as comfortable as possible, creating special memories along the way.

The care provided by the Care Team at the Fair Havens and Little Havens Children's Hospice is provided free of charge and this great organisation could not function without the generosity of its supporters. 

We are aiming to raise £5,000 on April 25th and are asking for your support.
