Ok guys and girls Emma and me are off again only this time a little closer to home by doing the Stockport half marathon this time😁We completed the freckle ton run last Sunday so we thought why not keep going it's the 4th September so please donate as little or as much as you can

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.  We chose to run for the Stroke Association charity because it is an illness close to our hearts.  Mum has suffered from numerous strokes, but also friend's have suffered as well as customer's that we have supported through our domestic and commercial cleaning business Poppies Stockport.

Approximately 152,000 strokes occur every year in the UK. Of which 1 in 5 are fatal.  Currently there are over 1.1 million stroke survivors all dealing with various life changing disabilities and more than half of these numbers are left dependant on others for help and support in daily activities.

We were also suprised to learn for every cancer patient living in the UK, £295 is spent each year on medical research, compared with just £22 a year for every stroke patient. - This needs to change! And with your support and kind donations we can make a difference.
