Challenge Adventure Charities - The Cahors Challenge · 29 September 2011 ·

For 25 years, we have organised cycle events, mainly in Europe. We have raised a huge £4,378,361 mainly for cancer, heart and other medical research. We pride ourselves that EVERY PENNY that has been raised has been paid to charity - our participants paying the full fees for event entry themselves.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We have completed our 3 day 540 mile French cycle challenge from St. Malo to Saumur to Limoges to Cahors . Having battled through wind and rain in Southern Ireland last year we were at the opposite end of the weather scale with bright blue skies and temperatures of 28 to 30 degrees C !

With our other 2 teams , the 12 of us only suffered saddle soreness, sore leg muscles and 2 punctures! It really was a challenge , the French scenery was beautiful but the hills were evil in the heat.

This year all donations will be split 50 / 50 with The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK , we very much appreciated your support in the past and hope we can count on it again , just a small donation will make a big difference .

We cycled this challenge with special memories of special people affected by Cancer and Heart disease. Please support us.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

So please dig deep and donate now and help make a difference to peoples lives. Thankyou.
