My story

This year's target is to raise enough money in order to buy 40 new benches for 4 new classrooms, that are being bulit at our partner school, Bupadhengo Senior Secondary. One desk seats 3 children and costs £22. This year we hope through your kind donations and various fundraising events at school to meet this target!

Since Bupadhengo started in 2004 with 6 pupils it has grown rapidly to now having over 700 children on roll, partly through the support that QEGS offers them. The new tables are essential in order to utilise the new building space and provide the children a good education and a way out of the impoverished lifestyle in which they currently live.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - We raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity
