My story

Over the coming year, the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund is celebrating 175 years of providing vital support for doctors, medical students and the dependants of both.

Over the past 175 years, the RMBF has helped many thousands of doctors and our traditional role is respected and valued by the profession and by our many beneficiaries. We continue to meet new and emerging needs and this year we are extending our help to medical students who find themselves in exceptional and unexpected financial hardship and who would otherwise be lost to the profession.

Thank you for helping to celebrate our 175th anniversary of helping doctors and their families in need. Throughout the coming year, we will be holding special events to raise funds and awareness. For more information about how you can get involved please visit our website at www.rmbf.org.uk.
