I'm running the EDF Energy Birmingham half marathon this year in memory of my cousin Sam who sadly passed away earlier this year as a result of the condition Myotonic Dystrophy.

The cause I'm therefore running for is the Myotonic Dystrophy support group, a charity who supports those affected and their families and friends, as well as raising money for research.

 

My aim is to raise as much money possible! And if I can raise £250 I WILL RUN AS A TWINKIE!!

(For those who don't know me I work in a candy store and this is one of the most popular sweets we do. A tasty, yummy soft vanilla cake with cream in the middle so you can imagine what I will look like) :) :) :)

 

So please please please help this brilliant cause to help people whose lives have been affected by this condition.
