I'm running the London Marathon 2010 for the charity 'Look'  supporting Parents and Carers of Children with a visual Impairment . However small your sponsor is, it  will be a great help to me to get me to my target of £1300. I only started running in July 2009 and could barely run a mile, and now (September 09) i can run 10 miles so by the time April 25th 2010 comes i'll be more than ready for the London Marathon. Please give me as much support and encouragement as you can. I will keep monthly updates on how my running is going. UPDATE 27TH APRIL 2010

I WANT TO SAY A REALLY BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS SPONSORED ME, I COULDNT HAVE RAISED THE MONEY WITHOUT ALL YOUR HELP. I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE THATS BEEN BEHIND ME ALL THE WAY. SUNDAY WAS A REALLY BIG ACHIEVEMENT FOR ME, CONSIDERING I COULDNT RUN A MILE IN AUGUST 2009 IT GOES TO SHOW IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO IT YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING. MY TARGET TIME WAS 6 HOURS AND TO CROSS THAT FINISH LINE IN 4 HOURS 46 MINUTES AND 14 SECONDS WAS TOTALLY THE BEST FEELING EVER. IM SO PROUD OF WHAT I HAVE DONE AND THE MONEY I HAVE RAISED TO HELP CHANGES LIVES. I CANT WAIT TO RUN IT AGAIN IN 2011 AND I HOPE YOU'LL ALL BE BEHIND ME ONCE AGAIN.

26.2 MILES.........I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW GOOD IT FEELS TO SAY I HAVE RAN THAT FAR!

UPDATE 14TH APRIL 2010

I want to say a BIG thank you to everyone thats got me to my target! I couldnt have done it without all your generous donations. Thanks for supporting me these last 10 months and putting up with me sending begging emails and text message to all of you. don't forget to look out for me on the 25th April (Sunday) my race number is 41467, you just never know you might just spot me on the TV. Thanks again to everyone xxxxxx :)

 

Update 10/03/2010

Not updated for so long, i guess all that snow stopped me from trainning as much as i want to! Well at long last its all gone now and back to normal. Only 7 weeks to go so i guess lots of trainning now so look out for me running round and about and if you see me then give me a wave to cheer me on! Thanks to all that have sponsored me on and off line, it means so much to me all the support and good wishes you've all been sending me.

update 30/10/2009 I've just completed 13.6 miles in 2 hours and 14 mins this morning. Did my run at Great Dunmow Essex and it was great. I want to thank everyone who's sponsored me so far and for all my well wishes you've all sent, its keeping me going. Well i've just over 5 months left before the big day and i'm already half way. I will keep you posted, thanks to everyone once again.
