Mike Armstrong (MA Consultancy) and I are challenging ourselves to cycle the 55 miles from Brecon to Cardiff Bay.  I think this is the least we can do to raise money to support Ty Hafan who provide care and being to life limited children and their families. I hope I never need their help!
