I shall be completely honest! Every year when the marathon is televised you can guarantee I am sitting down for our Sunday roast dinner (feeling rather greedy) and saying to myself, next year I shall be there running the circuit, only for the following year to roll around and there I am again saying the same thing, only last year I found myself saying it aloud I knew I really meant it this time.  And this was the year I was to make a difference and 'Tapping House - Norfolk Hospice' believed in me that I had the committment to see through my training and make it raceday on April 22nd for my first VLM :)

So here I am well into my training and only 4 weeks from race day.  How am I feeling - absolutely terrified but extremely excited.  With mileage under my belt and no injuries (touch wood) I am praying for a cloudy cool day and the atmosphere of the crowd to see me through to the finishing line when those last few miles get tough!
