'Help for Heroes' Charity base camp trek in sometime after March 2011 as i'm going travelling for 4 months and not due back till then. The trek, which involves an 18 day hike from Lukla to base camp, 17,000ft high up on Mount Everest.

Please donate, even if its just a few pounds, anything is better than nothing! My goal is £5000, It would be nice to reach that, but I only have 5 months to do it! So, we will see.
