Many thanks to everyone that has donated so far.On 28 Feb, 67 personnel from the HQ & Sp Sqn completed the final charity event of our Afghanistan tour.We bench pressed the equivalent weight of our Regimental vehicle fleet, 2,403,923 kg, in 15 hours.Originally planned for 3 days!

Soldiers from the HQ Squadron of 21 Engineer Regiment have produced a parody of the Gangnam style music video. The soldiers have spent their down time filming this video on Camp Bastion and it is in aid of Swaledale Mountain Rescue Team. The video is to be released shortly.
I am currently serving on OP HERRICK 17 in Afghanistan with 21 Engineer Regt. We are aiming to lift the equivalent weight of our vehicle fleet, 2,403,923 KG, over 3 days with 50 people taking part.

To provide an Emergency Rescue Service for an area of 500 Sq miles centered on Swaledale and Wensleydale, 24 hrs a day. As well as rescuing people and animals in peril, SMRT encourages sensible use of the environment.
