Okay, I signed up for this what feels like an age ago with the intention of getting fit. It hasn't worked. Claudia has kindly agreed to run with me. Then she fell ill and Lynne stepped in at the very last moment.

 

Most of you know the reasons why I continue to support this charity so there is no need to go into it here.
