ICT is a small London based charity that supports some of the world's most vulnerable children who have been displaced by extreme poverty; family dysfunction (including abuse, neglect and exploitation); armed conflict; and disease (most notably AIDS) These maybe street children, child labourers or child soldiers.
ICT is not an aid agency; it is a development organisation focusing on long-term rehabilitation.
