On 5 March 2010 our lives changed forever when Dan was tragically killed in a motorcycle collision on his way to work. 

As a result we have discovered Care of Police Survivors (http://www.ukcops.org/)  This charity does amazing work to support the families of officers killed on duty. 

On 5 September 2010, the six month anniversary of Dan’s death, Sandi (Dan’s Mum), me, Zandra (my Mum), Jessica (my sister) and April (Dan’s brother’s girlfriend) are taking part in a 5km Fun Run in his memory (http://www.womenschallenge.co.uk/home/).

We will be running with fellow Camden Borough officers: Keeley Swords, Catherine O’Donnell, Claire Young and Sherai Israel.  

We are asking for sponsorship to raise money for COPS, helping them keep up their invaluable work.
