Now the cold months are behind us (wishful thinking) it’s time to hit the streets with a new vigour.

Being based in so far I’ve jogged around Bradley Stoke, Stoke Gifford, Emersons Green and now my training has moved to Filton. Mixing it up over the last year has helped to keep it fresh and interesting and I now know a lot about the local geography.
