A very dear friend of mine, who's daughter was diagnosed and subsequently cured of a tumour that in many cases causes facial disfigurement inspired me to raise money for Saving Faces
As long as i raise £390 (I do hope to raise in excess of that ammount) i will be making the jump early April 2010 then I will be exiting the doorway of a plane at 10,000 feet and heading in a mainly downard direction at about 120 mph for a few minutes before the chute is deployed by my instructor (who'll I'll be strapped to, hopefuly, a she who's blonde and scandinavian)
If i have time i will wave and blow kisses to all my sponsors :)
My job will then be complete as far as this particular fund raiser will be concerned but the work at Saving Faces will carry on and funds are needed to help their wonderful efforts
