The Route

We arrive in Skegness on Tuesday around 12pm and have a license to collect all day we then stop on Tuesday at Skegness Seascouts
Day 1 : Skegness to Horncastle - online map is

We set off from the clock tower at skegness at 11 am and head to the A158 we have two tea stops and then have a drink stop at poppys restaurant Then we continue to Horncastle
We stop that night firstly at The Ship Horncastle before settling down at the 1st Horncastle Scouts

Day 2:- Horncastle To Washingborough online map

We Start at 10am Then walk out of Horncastle onto the B1190
and follow this to Washingborough we stop at the Royal Oak in washingborough and Stay at Washingborough Scouts

Day 3:- Washingborough to Newark online map

We Set off From Washingborough at 10am and head into lincoln bypassing the city center and heading doen the A1434 heading towards the A46. We arrive at Asda around 11-12 oclock and are staying there for lunch before headind through south hykeham, Bassingham, The wrong Stapleford, Coddington to Lovers Lane Newark where we are stopping at 7th Newark Scouts That Night




Day 4: Newark To Ladybay online Map

We Set off from Newark at 10 am for our hardest day we have changed the route this year, We head through Newark and then head down towards Farndon, Hawton and thorpe before heading across Country to Elston, Syerston and to The Boot and Shoe Flintham For Lunch at 1pm. We then head over the A46 to Kneeton, Eastbridgeford then take the Trent Valley Way To Shelford and the picturesque footpath to Radcliffe on Trent Stopping briefly at the Horse Chesnut . Then its through Holme Pierrepont to Ladybay Scouts and we are having dinner at The Ladybay that evening.

Day 5 Ladybay to Stapleford
We Set off From Ladybay at 10 am and head Past the Cricket Ground
adn turn right onto London Road, Past the BBC building and onto canal street, Down Castle boulevard to Abbey Bridge then onto university boulevard and Queens Road We then have Lunch at The Queens Beeston at 12. We leave there at one head through beeston Middle Street and head onto Wollaton Road, We turn left onto The A52 and head down to Nottigham Road stopping at the Sherwin. We leave the Sherwin at 3:30 and arrive at the Chequers at 4pm
