We stand for everyone affected by dementia to find a cure

Story

Since taking up cycling 7 years ago I have had an annual challenge set by a local men's group (mainly from my church) - 100 to 120 miles over a weekend.  This year I have raised my game with a personal goal of riding 100 miles in a day, which will be my first sportive and down in the South too!

And I wanted to ride in memory of a number of people I know (including my uncle, the painter, Dick Lee) who have suffered from Alzheimer's at the end of their lives.  I know how research funds can be so usefully deployed with the long-term hope of reducing that suffering.
