Well, if you're sponsoring me now you probably know that I completed The Great North Run on Sunday 19th September.  It was really enjoyable and very moving - seeing so many people running for so many charities and raising millions of pounds.  Of course, I ran for Headfirst and was proud to do so. The time I managed was 2 hours 29 minutes, and that's with a couple of TV interview stops as well. I was quite chuffed with myself!  Thank you so much for your support today. As you may know, Headfirst is entirely voluntarily run and every penny raised is well spent with no overheads.  Your donation really does make a big difference.
