I did beat my time from last year, by nearly 3 mins, completing the 10K in 47:07

Benjamin ran the whole thing this time and took a lot off his time and the real star was our 6 year old Oliver who was only registered for 1K but ended up running the whole 5K in 38 mins - now thats got to be worth an extra fiver.

After a great first run last year I'm going for it again - 10K round the cricket and rugby pitches of Haberdashers, Elstree). After being ill at school when running shorter distances around the same course I was very pleased to make it round 10K in a respectible 50mins last year however not sure I can repeat it this year after less training and a bit more weight to carry!! (any sponsorship bets for beating it)
