This is an ironman and I will be doing it twice this year.

 

Saturday 18th May in Lanzarote Spain is my first attempt in memory of Ben Brown,

Next one is 8th September in Wales in memory of Yvonne Brown.

 

I will be raising money for the rotary club fundraisers and my chosen charity is the arthritis research campaign. In the the last 2 years with your help we have raised £7000, so taking that above £10'000 this year would be awesome and a great tribute to Ben and Yvonne.
