As i'm sure you know 'Anti-Bullying' is a cause that's very important to me. With this in mind I'm running the 2013 London Marathon to raise money for Kidscape and I would hugely appreciate your support.

Kidscape is a charity committed to keeping children safe from abuse. One of the many fantastic things they do is work directly with bullied children to help them rebuild their confidence and lives.

All donations will go directly towards Kidscape's helpline that currently helps over 100 families a week and their excellent ZAP Assertiveness sessions that teach children techniques to prevent bullying. Any donation you make will make a real difference to the lives of bullied children.

Incidentally i'm sure you'll be glad to know i'm not going to make things harder for myself by running the marathon dressed as a sandwich, or Batman, or as the Beaconsfield Services on the M40. Shorts and T shirt will do fine! I'm aiming to run the best time I can as well!
