On Sunday 11th October 2009 I'll be participating in the Royal Parks Half Marathon (13.2 miles!) to raise valuable funds for Independent Age, a fantastic charity that helps older people to live with independence and dignity in their later years. Their practical support enables older people to stay in their own homes for as long as possible and lead active and fulfilled lives.
