Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be doing a Fun Run on the 3rd October to raise money for a brand new piece of life-saving equipment to be installed at Barnet Hospital. I will be "running" with Keith, my Mum - who works for Barnet Hospital, ... and my Dad! For those of you who know my Dad this will be a massive challenge for him, so if that doesn't deserve a few quid I don't know what does!! In fact for those of you who know any of us, it will be quite a task!
Help us to cut out Cancer, please dig deep and donate now.

Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust is embarking on its largest ever fundraising appeal - to raise £1.5 million for the da Vinci Robot. This is one of the most advanced surgical systems in the world. It uses robotic and computer technology to enhance the surgeon's vision and movement during keyhole surgery, resulting in significantly less pain, less blood loss, less risk of wound infection, reduced scarring and faster recovery times for patients. This state of the art device will modernise the way the Trust carries out minimally invasive surgery.

Much love
