My story
Thank you for visiting my 5 Half Marathon Astro Challenge 2012.
I am running 5 Half Marathons in 2012 for Astro Fund, combating a type of brain tumours known as Low Grade Gliomas. All donations, large or small, will be very welcome, helping to provide support and brain tumour research. This effort, like all my other runs over recent years, has been inspired by my niece Gemma who fought her tumour so bravely until she died at only 29 years of age in November 2010. She was truly remarkable and remains a great inspiration.
I ran Reading on 1st April, Lichfield on 6th May and Orpington on 12th May - and have entries for Canterbury on 27th August, Greenwich 02 on October 28th and the City of Norwich Half Marathon on November 25th.
