As you may know I will be running in this Sunday's London Parks Half Marathon- that's 13.1 miles or 20 K!!!

I'm hoping to beat my time last year of 2:07!

Your donations will go to support the work of the Royal Parks Foundation which is seeing to transform the Look Out Education Centre in Hyde Park in the course of 2010 into an all-year-round education centre so that many more children can come and learn about nature and the environment in the parks- and do so in a bright, eco-friendly building, using renewable energy!!!
