The Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 is quite a tough, up and coming sportive with thousands of riders taking part. Passing many of London's great landmarks on closed roads will be a great experience, with Leith and Box Hill adding some grueling climbs. I have no doubt that at the end of the 100mls I'm going to be feeling it!

I'm riding this event in memory of two wonderful people; my Mum and my dear friend Luke Williams, both of whom succumbed to the disgusting disease that is cancer. My chosen charity for this year is Macmillian Cancer Support and the first rate people who work for them. Like so many of us, I am very much in their debt.

So please join me and dig deep for a truly worthy cause. Your support and generosity will help me up Leith Hill when I'll probably be questioning my sanity! I'm aiming to do the 100mls at an average of 18mph, but the more sponsorship I have, the harder I'll push for you all!
