All finished now & quite possibly the hardest thing I have ever done, managed to get round in just under days, thats some going with the wind in our faces all the way (it changed direction overnight). Thanks to everybody who took part, helped, supported or donated. keep an eye on http://www.facebook.com/pages/Aura-Print/384044694568 to see what challenge we will be taking on next year!

Only one more sleep to go 'til the big day! I'm sure we'll all be at Tesco's tonight, doing some last minute shopping, but apart from that I think we're all prepared. We've all been to Pugney's and fallen in. We've all experienced sore arms and shoulders, and we've all looked at pictures of Loch Ness in the internet and thought 'Oh. My. God.' In the morning we'll be doing a quick charity photoshoot for the local papers and then we'll be starting the 300+ mile car journey to Dores, a small village in the northern point of Loch Ness. With promises of beer and early morning cooked breakfasts, it's sure to be a fantastic weekend (weather permitting....)

Last year, Liam Smith from Aura Print and 2 friends cycled from Workington to Newcastle (140 miles) and raised over £600 for the Forget-Me-Not trust. Liam enjoyed the experience so much that he really wanted to do something similar in 2011. James Croisdale suggested that a lengthy canoeing expedition might be a good alternative, and the seed of an idea was planted.

Fast forward six months and here we are! The canoe trip is planned to take place on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of June, camping at night. Loch Ness is 26 miles long, so the trip around is expected to be in the 55 mile region, if we make it.....

We have set a fundraising target of £3000. Both Liam and James work at Aura Print (It's Liam's business!) and Aura will be donating 1% of turnover from February, March, April and May, which could be in the region of £1200.

The team is constantly growing & currently comprises of
