Here's a little update for my run for pops page, so I have completed stage one- a 10k back in May and stage 2 a half marathon is on the 8th October!
My beautiful daughter Poppy was unfortunately diagnosed with Leigh's Syndrome last year, a genetic condition which affects her daily life in every way.  I'm running a 10k in London on the 29th of May and a half marathon in October to raise funds and awareness for the Lily Foundation; a charity that raises money for research into finding a cure or treatment for this terrible condition.
Poppy is an amazing girl and an her fighting spirit is an inspiration to me and the rest of her family.
Anything you are able to donate would be such a great help to my family and other children who are suffering with this terrible condition
