Story
Update!
Well, it is nearly marathon time! This year has been another roller coaster of blood, sweat, tears and lycra (see picture). As ever, injury has played its part in keeping things interesting and support from everyone has helped keep me going.
This year, Kim probably won't be standing under Big Ben at the 25th mile as inspiration to keep me going (3 weeks today until she is due!) so this is one final request for support from those who are watching to look out for me and give me a cheer when you see the ginger bobbing along in the crowd!
Thanks again to everyone and of course..... if you haven't yet sponsored me you know what to do....
Russ

Dear All,
Starting early this year!
I've dug the trainers out and am getting back into shape. Probably about 600 miles of training between here and the start line so think of me on the dark winter mornings!
This year I am supporting the National Blind Children's Society who do great work to support blind and visually impaired kids.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Please dig deep and sponsor me to run London Marathon 2010.
Thankyou!
Russ
