Last year I ran a marathon to raise money for our work and this year, I'm running 26 miles again, but this time, with a festive twist.</p>

<p><span style="color: #1c1c1c; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; background-color: #ffffff;">Called the Chapel St 'Carolthon', some of the Chapel St crew and I will be running a 26 mile route around London, stopping off along the way to perform 13 carol concerts around the capital. I'm getting busy polishing my trainers <em>and</em> my trombone in preparation for what's going to be a charity challenge that needs a lot of puff!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #1c1c1c; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; background-color: #ffffff;">My Carolthon effort starts in just a few days time, when I'll be doing the Dublin Marathon. 26 miles - just no trombone!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #1c1c1c; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; background-color: #ffffff;"><br>All the money we raise will go towards Chapel St Community Health projects. From dad's and lads groups, mentoring for mums, debt counselling or care for drug and alcohol users, the money you give helps Chapel St open doors of change in community health. :)<br><br></span><span style="color: #1c1c1c; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; background-color: #ffffff;">I know there are all sorts of worthy causes out there, but if you would consider sponsoring me in this festive fundraiser, it would be great. </span></p>
