At the end of July of this year I will be doing a little run and swim in aid of Cancer Research. The plan is to run the coast path of all inhabited islands then a swim back from Tresco to Sunny St.Martins. The run will be a total of 32 miles with a mile swim to finish.

I'll start on St.martins with my dog and anyone else who wants to join me. Move on to St.Marys, St.Agnes, Bryher then finally Tresco finished with a swim back to St.Martins

Cancer Research is a great great charity and I would love it if you would do something positive and sponsor me anything you can to help raise some much needed money.
