For those of you who know us personally you shall know how much The Royal Hospital for Sicks Kids in Edinburgh has played a big part in our lives since Orla was born. We can't thank everyone at RHSC Edinburg enough for everything they've done so far.

The Sick Kids Friends Foundation is an amazing charity, they believe that nothing should get in the way of being a child. They exist to transform the experiences of children and young people in hospital so they can be a child first and a patient second. 

Experiencing this first hand ourselves we know how much SKFF does for children and their families, supporting them, making them feel comfortable & reassured, making hospital stays fun instead of scary & that's just a small part of what they do. Therefore  I am challenging myself to take part in a 45 mile cycle from Glasgow to Edinburgh to raise money for SKFF. We know just how important their work is for children and their families who experience time in hospital & that they rely on these funds to do so.
