Story
Plants for sale, all proceeds to go to Skye & Lochlash Young Carers.
Golden Yew as Pictured above - £6
Once established, this tree can grow up to 9 inches annually and in time will make soft foliage, fine specimen bushes. It grows slowly so is easy to maintain and is suitable for topiary. Golden Yew needs well drained 'brown soil' and should not be planted in exposed situations. If eaten yews can be toxic to animals so don't plant where livestock can browse them.
Bush Honeysuckle (Lonicera Nitida) - £3
An attractive plant often used for internal garden hedges, with small yellow/gold leaves, can grow up to a foot in a year. requires well drained soils and some shelter. Normally clipped once a year.
Many Thanks to Bob Farmer who kindly donated the plants and helped coordinate the appeal
