Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
At the SASBAH office we have decided to go from being fatties to fitties for 2012. A group of SASBAH staff, volunteers and members have united force in a massive slimathon.
We all face different challenges and weight loss can be a huge challenge to some but we need to promote healthier lifestyles to the whole of our community so as a supportive group we are aiming to lose 100lb in weight between us before Christmas and then go on to reach each of our individual goals before the end of March 2012.
Rom Sanglaji - SASBAH General Manager - I aim to lose 4 stone in weight in total and have already hit the road running. I will do this through eating better food and more regular excercise.
Lee Smith - SASBAH Social Coordinator - I am going to lose at least two stone in weight to improve my health and help my knee which is weak. I will do this by eating less Kentucky Fried Chicken and eating more healthy types of food.
Trudy Homan - SASBAH Support Worker - aims to lose two stone in weight so that she can keep up with her son Craig. As everybody in SASBAH knows he is a bag of energy.
Trevor Turner - SASBAH member - would like to lose two stone in weight just to feel healthier and get back to where he was years ago.
Bob Mulvey - Saspire Manager - would like to lose three stone in weight or increase his height by 2 foot to become his perfect weight!!
Michael Reynolds - Saspire volunteer and SASBAH member aims to lose three stone in weight. He wants to become the fittest DJ in Sussex!!
SASBAH is a great cause to fundraise for and every single member of the organisation will motivate us to reach our targets.
