On 2nd October Scott and Mike are cycling the full length of the South Downs Way for the aids charity Crusaid.
We are cycling from Winchester to Eastbourne - 100 miles over rough terrain and 3,800 m / 12,600 ft of ascent, the equivalent of cycling up Ben Nevis 3 times!
Crusaid is a charity that exists to support people living with HIV and AIDS. Crusaid has a national and international reach and works with those communities most at risk and affected by HIV and AIDS in their countries. Over the past 22 years, Crusaid have helped 1/3 of all people effected by AIDS in the UK. There is also a huge focus on Sub-Saharan Africa where 22million people are currently living with HIV and AIDS.
Just £10 will pay for a family to be transported from a highly rural area in South Africa to see a doctor and receive medication for infections which threaten their HIV health.
It's a great cause and a tough challenge. Any support you can give will be hugely appreciated.
Much love and big thanks,
Scott Pugh & Mike Gluckman
